Cloud Video Management System (VMS)
Solink’s Cloud VMS is a modern video management solution designed for scalability, remote access, and advanced search capabilities. It enables centralized visibility across locations while reducing hardware burden.
Video Player
Allows users to watch footage from any of their cameras and navigate to specific points in the footage using a variety of built-in features and player functionality.
Motion Search
Quickly jump to a time in your video when motion occurs in an area you have specified.
Motion Search provides a useful method to save time when reviewing video, especially in certain scenarios such as identifying and jumping to a point in video when a safe is open, follow up on an incident that occurred in a specific area within the camera view (a robbery, assault, slip and fall, etc.) or any other incidents where motion occurred.
Camera Linking
AI creates associations between physically nearby cameras, allowing users to navigate to those cameras within the video player UI. Additionally, users can create their own custom Camera Links to associate nearby cameras. The user can then click the camera links to follow along as a person moves throughout a location.
Customer Quote: “I can use Camera Linking on my iPhone to track an incident through the district, save multiple angles of the video, and share it with the police without needing to manually download the video to a USB stick from the NVR.”– Jesse Rathner, General Manager, Van Aken District
MiniMap
Provides the ability to change the size of the timeline in the video player. “Zooming in” via the minimap can help spread out and declutter the events shown along the timeline, while “zooming out” can allow the user to comb through the timeline at a faster pace.
Save and Share
Easily capture, save, and send video clips for internal review or externally as evidence.

Solink Video Alarms
Video Alarms enable users to detect, record and verify unauthorized motion inside and outside a property using their existing cameras as a monitoring system. It is also used to set-up alerts that can be professionally monitored. Video Alarms are an addition to Solink's core VMS.
Professionally Monitored Video Alarms
Solink partners with a certified monitoring service where a trained Verification Agent reviews footage in real time and determines if there is a threat to person or property. If a real emergency is confirmed, a Dispatch Agent contacts emergency services and your alarm contacts; for inconclusive or failed video loads, they notify contacts via SMS and/or phone. This is a premium service Solink offers in addition to the base Solink Platform.
Use Case: A retail store owned by someone who closes late at night could use this to ensure genuine threats—like a break-in—are verified and escalated to police immediately, while most false triggers (e.g., a small animal or lighting changes) are filtered by professional monitoring.
Self-Monitored+ Alarms (AI Powered)
Self-Monitored+ uses AI to detect people while the alarm is armed and filter out irrelevant motion. Solink’s AI closes alarms without people, notifying you only when a person is present — letting you review the footage and decide whether to dispatch police. AI confidence levels and camera logs are displayed in the alarm event for further review. This is a premium service Solink offers in addition to the base Solink platform.
Use Case: A small business with limited staff can rely on AI to filter out false alarms (like birds or weather-triggered motion) and only receive alerts when humans are detected, reducing alerts while still enabling quick review and judgment.
Self-Monitored Alarms
This is Solink's default alarm tier, included at no extra cost. When motion triggers an alarm, a designated alarm contact (one person) receives an email and optional SMS with a video link; that person is responsible for reviewing it and calling emergency services if needed.
Use Case: A small restaurant that only needs basic security can rely on its owner (as the single contact) to receive alerts and manage any incidents personally—without needing professional monitoring or AI filtering. This is the optimal pick for those on a budget who want to put alarm responsibility in their own hands.
VerifEye
Provides a console that allows users/agents to review alarm events and respond in real-time accordingly. Helps categorize alarms as either a real threat (answer “Yes”) or as a false alarm (answer “No”)
Scheduled Broadcast
Schedule pre-recorded messages to broadcast through connected speakers onsite to help with announcements, notifications, etc.
Video Alarm Tablet
Arm and disarm locations via a PIN code with a mounted, on-premise tablet device. Also provides an additional built-in camera for monitoring the location.
WSPER Panic Button
Solink's partner, WSPER, offers a silent panic button for employees, allowing police dispatch in emergency situations and tracking within Solink.
WSPER Temperature Monitoring
Solink's partner, WSPER, offers a temperature monitoring solution for use cases such as food prep (fridge temperature).
Outdoor Alarms
Ability to monitor outside of a location for threatening activity and trigger an alarm via AI when loitering/suspicious activity occurs.
SIP Speaker
Onsite speaker to deter individuals from an area. Automatically triggers with a pre-recorded message during an alarm, but provides option to followup with manual voice deterrence.
Strobe
A flashing light placed strategically onsite to help deter intruders during an active alarm.
