Solink Sidekick AI allows you to create prompts that assess the state of your store(s) at the present point of time, as well as schedule Spot Checks to provide helpful information related to your camera footage.
Sidekick AI offers two methods to create AI prompts for your locations:
Live Spot Check: Manually assess the state of your store(s) by creating a prompt or selecting a template premade prompt.
Scheduled Spot Check: Schedule Spot Checks to occur on a regular basis. Scheduled Spot Checks are only available with a subscription to Solink's AI Package.

Sidekick AI allows you to create prompts that quickly assess the state of your stores, including:
Customer traffic.
If your employees are actively providing service to customers.
If there are any safety or health risks, with suggestions (if there is a spill on the floor, the AI provides a suggestion to mitigate the risk).
If employees are following business standards (wearing hairnet, uniform, etc.).
How to Access Sidekick AI
To launch Sidekick:
Navigate to the Video page in the Solink platform.
Select the Sidekick button at the top of the page:
From here, you have the option to initiate a Live Spot Check (included with all Solink accounts) or a Scheduled Spot Check (requires a subscription to Solink's AI Package).
