You can check your video retention on solinkcloud.com. This is where you will find how long you can access HD and SD video before it expires.
To check video retention:
On the Video page, find the location and camera that you would like to check retention on.
Select the Settings icon (gear icon) to open a dropdown menu:
The dropdown menu provides timestamps with the earliest available video saved on that camera:
HD video typically has a smaller retention period because it creates a much larger file size.
It is highly recommended that you save event clips from within your HD period to retain the highest video quality.
