This guide is for the new, unified Solink app (released 2026) on iOS and Android. We highly recommend upgrading to this latest version.

For video alarms, the Solink mobile app allows you to:
Monitor alarm-enabled locations
Respond to open alarms (disarm, snooze)
Arm, disarm and follow schedule
The following actions must be done on the Solink web app (not the mobile app):

Review alarms with VerifEye

Alarms Page Overview
The Alarms page in the Solink mobile app is separated into three tabs in addition to a list of locations:
Open Alarms: Locations with an active, unclosed alarm.
Enabled: Locations where alarms are enabled.
Disabled: Locations where alarms are disabled. Alarms will not trigger at these locations.
Location list for the respective tab.
Each location card shows:
Location name
Alarm status (whether it is active or not)
Tap a card to open that location’s alarm details, outlined in the following sections
Alarm States (control alarm status)
The States panel allows you to change how alarms behave at this location:
Turn Off: Alarms are disabled until you change them back.
Disarm: Temporarily disarm the alarm system until a chosen time, then return to schedule.
Use Schedule: Follow the configured weekly schedule.
Arm: Arm the alarm system until a chosen time, then return to schedule.
Monitor 24/7: Arm the alarm system at all times until you change it.
Confirmations appear before state changes take effect. You can cancel a temporary override to return to the configured state.
Note: If alarm setup is incomplete, the States tab may be hidden until you fully configure the alarm.
Alarm Cameras
Select the Alarm Cameras tab to see all cameras set up for alarm monitoring at a given location.
Additionally, you can search by camera name (magnifying glass icon).
Tap a camera to open the video player.
Camera cards show alarm mode (Standard, Loitering, or Deterrent), indoor/outdoor placement, and offline status where applicable.
Alarm Schedule
Select the Schedule tab to see the alarm schedule for this location.
View the weekly alarm schedule in the location’s timezone:
Navigate to the Previous week / Next week, or open the calendar to pick a week.
Colored blocks show Armed and Disarmed periods.
Alarm Exceptions lists schedule exceptions (one-time arm/disarm overrides) for the week.
Note: Use the Solink web platform to change and configure PINs.
Alarm Contacts
Select the Contacts tab to see all Alarm Contacts on file for the location, including primary contacts, dispatch instructions, and location information.
Note: Alarm Contact configuration is only available on the Solink web platform.
PINs
Select the PINs tab to see all alarm PIN codes, expiration dates, and associated phone numbers.
Note: Alarm PIN configuration is only available on the Solink web platform.
Respond to an Open Alarm
When an alarm is active:
The location appears under Open Alarms on the main list.
An active-alarm notice may appear on the location detail screen.
Open alarm cameras or event video to investigate.
From the video player, use Close Alarm when the situation is resolved.
Snooze Alarms
Snooze allows you to temporarily disarm alarms on selected cameras without changing the overall schedule.
Tap the Snooze button the alarm to snooze it.
