You can "snooze" alarm cameras to temporarily disarm them, either by individual camera or across all cameras at a location. You can also snooze a camera in response to a VerifEye event.
Snooze Entire Location
To snooze all cameras across a specific location:
Select a location on the Alarms Configuration page.
Select Snooze:
Select a Snooze time from the available options. The alarm system will disarm across the entire location for the selected time:
Snooze Individual Cameras
To snooze individual cameras at a location:
Select a location on the Alarms Configuration page.
Select Snooze.
Select the Individual Cameras tab.
Select the dropdown menu for the camera(s) you want to snooze, then select a snooze time. The camera(s) will disarm for the selected period of time respectively.
Snooze in VerifEye
You can snooze when responding "No" to an alarm VerifEye event.
After selecting "No", select the Snooze button:
Select a snooze time to disarm the camera for the selected period of time. You can also choose to snooze/disarm the camera indefinitely (until re-enabling the schedule on this camera):
