Support Access

Enable support access when working with our support team.

You can enable Support Access to help our support team troubleshoot an issue you may experience. When this option is enabled, Solink support can access your account. You can turn this option off when your issue has been resolved by support.

Note: It is recommended to only turn this feature on when requested by our Support team.

To enable or disable support access:

  1. From Solink Settings platform, select the Preferences tab:

    null

  2. Navigate to the Support Access section on the Preferences page.

  3. Select the Allow Support Access slider to toggle support access on or off:
