You can enable Support Access to provide a member of our Support and/or Customer Success team access to your account for troubleshooting or training purposes.
You can provide access for a set number of days and/or months, as well as revoke access at any time.
Note: It is recommended to only turn this feature on when requested by our Support or Customer Success team.
To enable or disable support access:
Navigate to Settings > Preferences tab:
Navigate to the Support Access section on the Preferences page.
Select the number of days or months you want to provide a member of our team account access for. You can manually revoke access at any time regardless of the selected timeframe:
Select Allow Access.
Remove Support Access
You can remove Support Access at any time:
Navigate to Settings > Preferences tab.
Navigate to the Support Access section on the Preferences page.
Select Remove Access to immediately stop providing our team with access to your account:
