This article provides an overview of each of the user iOS settings (available from the Settings page on the Solink iOS app).
The following settings are available on iOS devices:
Refer a friend
Get information on how our referral program works.
View EULA
View the Solink Software License Agreement.
Version
Provides the current version of the Solink iOS app that you are running. This can be helpful for troubleshooting purposes.
Enable support access
You can toggle Support Access from the iOS Settings page if our support team requires advanced access to your account. See Support Access for more information.
Default tab
You can choose the default page the app opens on whenever you launch the app (such as the Events page or Video page).
Default to HD for recorded video
Toggle this option on if you want to ensure recorded video plays in high-definition by default.
Note: Please ensure you have a fast internet upload speed in order to use this feature.
Default to HD for live video
Toggle this option on if you want to ensure live video plays in high-definition by default.
Note: Please ensure you have a fast internet upload speed in order to use this feature.
Display bitrate
When enabled, displays an overlay when you are viewing video that provides bitrate information for your cameras.
Overlay details over video
Toggle this option on if you want to display transaction data over event videos:
Show motion on timeline
Toggle whether to show motion on the video player timeline (motion is displayed along the bottom of the video player in the form of blue bars to indicate motion intensity):
Show camera previews
This option determines whether camera thumbnails display when you select a camera group or location from the Video or Live pages. An example of a camera preview is shown in the following image:
Fast forward speed
Modify the speed at which the fast forward button in the video player moves the video forward. The following fast forward speeds are available:

32x

Number of cameras on Live tab
Choose the number of cameras to display at once when you select a location from the Live page. Currently you can select to display the following number of cameras at once:

If you select 6 for example, when you select a location from the Live page and then tap on any camera, six cameras from that location play at once (as shown in the following image):
Heatmap time window
This option determines the time range that motion is captured and then displayed in the Heatmap.
The Heatmap can currently capture motion from the following time windows:
The past 20 minutes.
The past 1 hour.
The past 3 hours.
The past 24 hours.
360 virtual reality mode
You can choose one of the following options to change the navigation style of your 360 cameras (if you have any):
Motion: Rotate your mobile device to explore your 360 camera view.
Touch: Touch and drag the screen when viewing a 360 camera.
Logout of App
You can logout of the Solink app from the Settings page. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and tap Logout to logout from the app.
