Support Access

Enable Support Access when working with our Support team.

You can enable Support Access to provide a member of our Support and/or Customer Success team access to your account for troubleshooting or training purposes.

You can provide access for a set number of days and/or months, as well as revoke access at any time.

As of December 2024, Support Access that is not revoked expires after 6 months from when the access was granted. Previously, Support Access could be granted without an expiry date. This update ensures user accounts remain secure. Please follow the instructions in this document to enable Support Access and set an expiry date up to a maximum 6 months at a time.

To enable or disable support access:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Preferences tab:

  2. Navigate to the Support Access section on the Preferences page.

  3. Select the number of days or months you want to provide a member of our team account access for. You can manually revoke access at any time regardless of the selected timeframe.

  4. Select Allow Access.

Note: It is recommended to only turn this feature on when requested by our Support or Customer Success team.


Remove Support Access

You can remove Support Access at any time:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Preferences tab.

  2. Navigate to the Support Access section on the Preferences page.

  3. Select Remove Access to immediately stop providing our team with access to your account:

Note: Support Access to your account will expire automatically after 6 months if you do not remove access before that time.
