This guide provides an overview of the various 360 camera views available in the Solink video player and the Video Wall.
It is generally recommended to use 360 cameras in areas where you want to get a full view of what is happening in your store, such as a customer dining area or queue area.
It is not recommended to use 360 cameras for our AI features, such as Zone Tracking and Line Cross.
Note: In Video Wall, the default view for 360 cameras is Pinhole View. You can however display a 360 camera in Panoramic View in Video Wall. Please reach out to your Customer Success manager if you would like this option.
