Solink offers a variety of default reports available in your account automatically. You can access reports via the Events page > Reports tab:

You can then select a report to filter your events based on the parameters set by the report.

Note: For more information on how to create reports, see Create a Report.

The following default reports are available:

Report Name

Description

How to Re-Create

Transactions - All

Filters by all transactions where money was exchanged (this excludes No Sale transactions)

Add the following filter:

  • Status is not No Sale

Discounts - All

Filters by all discounted transactions.

Add the following filter:

  • Total Discount is greater than 0

Discounts - Over 30%

Filters by transactions discounted by more than 30%.

Add the following filters:

  • Total Discount is greater than 0

AND

  • Discount Percentage is equal or greater than 30

Discounts - 100% Discount

Filters by fully discounted transactions.

Add the following filter:

  • Discount Percentage is equal or greater than 100

Refunds - All

Filters by all refund transactions.

Add the following filter:

  • Total Refunds is greater than 0

Exchanges - All

Filters by transactions where item(s) were returned and item(s) were purchased.

Add the following filters:

  • Total Number of Returned Items is greater than 0

AND

  • Total Number of Sale Items is greater than 0

Voids - All

Filters by transactions with at least 1 voided item.

Add the following filter:

  • Total Voids is greater than 0

Voids - 100% Voids

Filters by transactions where the entire transaction was voided.

Add the following filters:

  • Total Voids is greater than 0

AND

  • Void Percentage is greater than or equal to 100%

No Sales - All

Filters by occurrences of opened cash drawer.

Add the following filter:

  • Status is No Sale
