Solink offers a variety of default widgets you can add to your Dashboard page.
As long as you have integrated the corresponding data with your Solink account (such as revenue, transaction and/or discount data), the data automatically populates in the widget without the need for any additional configuration.

How to Add a Default Widget

Revenue Widgets

Gross Revenue
Displays total gross revenue for the selected time period.
Net Revenue
Displays total revenue, minus tax and deductions (discounts, returns, overrides, etc.).
Net Revenue by Location
Displays net revenue ranked by top 5 locations. This allows you to evaluate store performance.
Sales by Employee
Displays net revenue ranked by top 5 employees. This allows you to evaluate staff sales performance across your stores and optimize staffing levels.
Transaction Widgets

Transaction Count
Displays a summary of transaction volume (excluding No Sale transactions). This provides an overview of payment activity and helps you assess overall business performance.
Transaction Count by Location
Displays a summary of transaction volume by top 5 locations. Provides an overview of payment activity and helps assess overall location performance.
Average Transaction Value
Displays the average transaction dollar amount. This helps you measure how much a customer spends on a single purchase, on average.
Average Transaction Value by Location
Displays the average transaction amount, ranked by top 5 locations. This helps you measure how much a customer spends on a single purchase on average, by location.
Units per Transaction (UPT)
Displays the average number of items sold per transaction. This helps you measure the average number of items that customers are purchasing in any given transaction.
Units per Transaction (UPT) by Location
Displays the average number of items customers purchase in any given transaction. This helps you track which locations are upselling more than others.

Total Discounts
Displays the total discount amount in dollars. This helps you measure how much profit is being lost to discounts, relative to net revenue.
Discounts by Location
Displays the total dollar amount discounted, ranked by top 5 locations. This helps you track how much profit is being lost to discounts across locations.
Discount Rate (%)
Displays sum of discounts given (out of total net revenue %) across all transactions in the selected time period. This helps evaluate the typical discount performance for the business.
Discounts Above 30% by Employee
Total dollar amount discounted for transactions, where the discount is greater than or equal to 30%, ranked by top 5 employees.
100% Discounts
Total dollar amount discounted, where the entire transaction is discounted. This helps you track the dollar value of 100% discounted transactions.
100% Discounts by Employee
Total dollar amount discounted, where the entire transaction is discounted, ranked by top 5 employees.
Void Widgets

Total Voids
Displays the total dollar amount voided. This helps you find issues in the checkout process, identify potential training needs for staff, or spot operational deficiencies.
100% Voids
Displays 100% voids (amount = $0). This helps find higher risk areas of concern in the checkout process, identify potential training needs for staff, or spot operational deficiencies.
Total Voids by Employee
Displays voided transactions ranked by total voided amount per employee, ranked by top 5 employees.
No Sale Widgets
See the available default widgets for tracking and displaying No Sale data in this section.

No Sales (Open Drawer)
Displays the total number of no sale transactions. This helps identify the volume of occurrences where the cash drawer was opened.
No Sales by Employee
Displays the total number of no sale transactions, ranked by top 5 employees. This helps identify the employees opening the cash drawers the most.
Total Refunds
Displays the total dollar amount refunded through a return or exchange transaction, excluding tax. This helps track dissatisfaction with product or mismatch with customer expectations.
