You can view and filter Vehicle Wait Time events on the Events page.
To filter by only Vehicle Wait Time events:
On the Events page, select the AI tab near the top of the page:
Select the Window Time button (top-right side of the page, above the Histogram):
Following the steps above allows you to view all of your Vehicle Wait Time events:
You can also use custom reports to filter Vehicle Wait Time events.
