The My Account section in Solink Settings allows you to change your password and enable or disable two-factor authentication (2FA). See the instructions below for more information.
Change Password
To change your password, navigate to Settings > My Account.
Navigate to the Change Password section:
Next, follow these steps:
Type in a new password in the New Password field.
Type the same password in the Confirm Password field.
Select Submit.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
It is strongly recommended that you enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your account to help keep it secure.
To set up 2FA, navigate to Settings > My Account.
Next, navigate to the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section on the page:
Select Enable 2FA to begin the setup process. You will receive an email with instructions on how to set up 2FA - once completed, you can log in to your Solink account using an authenticator app of your choice for added security.
If at any point you wish to disable 2FA for the account, navigate back to the My Account section in Settings and select Disable 2FA:
