You can reset your Solink login password if you would like to either update your password OR you forgot your password.
Update your Password Directly in Solink
You can update your password from the Settings page in the Solink platform (click on your username in the top-right corner and select Settings).
To update you password:
In Solink Settings, select the My Account tab.
2. Type in a new password in the New Password field. Ensure to follow the password requirements listed in the tooltip. You cannot create a new password if you are missing any of the password requirements, as shown in the following image:
Note: You can create or reset a password with only the following special characters: !@#$%^&*.
3. Once the tooltip confirms you have met all the password requirements, you can re-type the new password into the Confirm Password field.
4. Select Submit to save this password for the account. A confirmation message appears - this indicates the password was successfully applied to the account.
Reset Password from Login Screen (You Forgot Your Password)
You can reset your password from the Solink login screen in the event that you forget your password.
To reset a forgotten password:
Select Don't remember your password? from the login screen:
Type your email address, then select Send Email:
A confirmation displays once the email has been sent.
Navigate to your email inbox and find the email Solink sent to you. The subject line is: Set your Solink password.
In the email, select Click here to set your password:
Type a new password in the your new password field. Ensure to follow the password requirements listed in the tooltip. You cannot create a new password if you are missing any of the password requirements, as shown in the following image:
Re-type the password in the confirm your new password field below.
Select the button below the fields to apply the new password - a confirmation is briefly displayed to let you know the password was applied successfully to your account.
