The Drill-Down View provides a deeper look at the data behind your dashboard widgets.
The Drill-Down allows you to view:
Detailed widget insights.
Linked video footage.
Export widget data for further analysis.
Double-click any widget on your Solink Dashboard to access the Drill-Down view for that widget.
Understanding the Drill-Down View
When you open a widget in the Drill-Down View, you’ll see a detailed table or graph representing the underlying data for that widget. The purpose of this page is to help you investigate specific events or patterns surfaced by your dashboard.
Accessing Event Footage
If your widget includes linked transactions or events, you can select a data point or row to open the associated video footage:
This feature helps you investigate anomalies and review activity related to the data displayed.
Add Additional Columns (View More Datapoints)
Each row in the table represents a transaction, event, or metric captured by the widget.
You can add additional data points (if available) to the Drill-Down view to see more insight for each transaction/event. Select Edit to add additional columns:
Export Data to CSV
To export your widget’s detailed data:
Select the Export CSV button in the top-right corner.
Choose your export settings if applicable.
Your data will download as a
.csvfile.
