You must enable Vision Analytics to detect either People or Vehicles on each camera that you want to use the following features:
To enable Vision Analytics on a camera:
On the Video page, select Configure in the top-right corner:
Select either the People or Vehicle icon to ensure the AI tracks the correct object:
Currently, Vision Analytics can be enabled on up to 3 cameras. If you reach the limit, you can disable Vision Analytics on one camera and enable it on another whenever required.
In the image below, the three dots represent how many cameras at the location are currently set up with Vision Analytics (AI).
Each dot = one camera that is enabled for Vision Analytics.
Empty dots show the remaining number of cameras that can be configured to use Vision Analytics at this location.
Note: Additional permission is required to manage Vision Analytics on your cameras. Please reach out to our Support team if you require permission.
