Create helpful widgets to stay on top of important alarm metrics.

This article describes the default alarm widgets you can add to your Dashboard page (without the need for additional setup and configuration).

These widgets are intended for users subscribed to our Professionally Monitored Video Alarms service.

Once added, select the Alarms page on the Dashboard to view your widget:

Alarms Reviewed by Monitoring Agent

Displays the total number of alarm cameras reviewed by a monitoring agent.

False Alarms Reviewed By Monitoring Agent (no outreach)

Displays the total number of alarms verified and marked as "false" by a monitoring agent.

Alarms Resulting in Alarm Contact Outreach

Displays the total number of alarms reviewed by a monitoring agent resulting in outreach to alarm contacts.

Number of Police Dispatches

Displays the total number of alarms resulting in a police dispatch.

Most Alarming Sites (True and False Alarms)

Displays the total number of alarms reviewed by a monitoring agent, ranked top-to-bottom by location.

Total Alarms and False Alarms

Displays the total number of alarms reviewed by a monitoring agent and filtered out as a false alarm.
