# Release 15.33: Multi-Device Locations

September 9, 2025

Updates to the Solink platform in this release include:

***

## Enhancements

* [**Multi-Device Locations**](/docs/install-connect-and-integrate/multi-device-site-management-overview.md): Locations with multiple recording devices have been merged in the UI to appear as one unified location, rather than appearing as multiple different locations in the UI as was the case previously.
* [**Saving Clips**](/docs/review-events-and-save-evidence/clips/save-video-clips.md): When saving a clip and adding additional cameras, cameras now display in alphabetical + numerical order:
* [**Cloud Video Backup Page**](/docs/manage-users-locations-and-your-account/cloud-storage/cloud-video-backup-overview.md): New column added - "First Day Available" - to indicate the earliest date that video backup is available on the camera.
* [**VerifEye**](/docs/protect-your-locations-with-alarms/alarms-with-ai-detection/verifeye-alarm-verification.md): When updating the motion zone during a verification, the user is now prompted to type a reason for changing the zone to ensure accountability. This text is stored in the [alarm event](/docs/protect-your-locations-with-alarms/use-and-configure-alarms/alarm-audit-events.md).

## Bug Fixes

* Fixed an issue where drilling down into a ranking widget did not properly display the rolling date range.
* Fixed an issue that prevented [Support Access](/docs/manage-users-locations-and-your-account/support-access.md) from staying enabled for a period of time.
* Fixed an issue on the [Users](/docs/manage-users-locations-and-your-account/users-page.md) page that caused each instance of a [Video Alarm Tablet](/docs/protect-your-locations-with-alarms/video-alarm-tablet/video-alarm-tablet-overview.md) to appear as a separate user.
* Fixed an issue when watching footage in the video player that caused the video to play in a smaller size (not full screen).
* Fixed an issue with [Camera Groups](/docs/watch-and-find-video/manage-cameras/camera-groups.md) that prevented adding cameras to the default "Favourites" group.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.solink.com/docs/release-notes/web/2025/release-15-33-multi-device-locations.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
