# Mobile App Release 1.3.0

October 7, 2026

The Solink Mobile App was updated on both iOS and Android with the following changes:

***

## Enhancements

* **Smoother video playback**: Resolved intermittent camera loading issues and improved playback for a more reliable viewing experience.
* [**Investigations**](/docs/review-events-and-save-evidence/investigations.md): Made changes that align with the web platform user interface:

  * **All** tab: When you open an investigation, it now opens on a new All tab. This tab shows your events and clips together, newest first. You can add an event or a clip from this tab.
  * **Search**: Tap the search icon on the tab row to search the events and clips in an investigation by title, type, or notes.
  * **Details** tab: The Details tab now shows the investigation's visibility (public or private). If you created the investigation, you can now also archive or reopen it from this tab.
  * **Archive**: Added the ability to archive investigations on mobile. Previously this was only available in the web platform.

* [Alarm Audit Events](/docs/protect-your-locations-with-alarms/use-and-configure-alarms/alarm-audit-events.md): Alarm changes you make in the mobile app now show as audit events in the web platform. This includes arming, disarming, switching to a schedule, and snoozing.

## Bug Fixes

* Video now plays correctly on iOS in Low Power Mode.
* Fixed an issue where some users saw an unexpected "Authorize App" pop-up when logging in.
* Fixed an issue where you could not select more than 9 cameras (16 on iPad) to add to a camera group.
* Fixed an issue where the Alarms page stopped responding after you scrolled through a long list of locations.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.solink.com/docs/release-notes/mobile/2026/mobile-app-release-1-3-0.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
