# Get the Mobile App

Download the Solink mobile app for iOS and Android.

The Solink mobile app shows the Solink platform in a simplified user interface on your iOS or Android device.

## Download the App

* **iOS**: [Solink on the App Store](https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/solink/id1039916820)
* **Android**: [Solink on Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.solinkcorp.solink)

Log in with your Solink account. For supported device versions, see [Solink Platform Requirements](/docs/install-connect-and-integrate/solink-platform-requirements-supported-browsers-mobile-os.md).

## Use the App

Pages that apply to both the web platform and the mobile app have a **Web** and a **Mobile** tab. Select **Mobile** to see the mobile app steps.

The mobile app does not include all features of the web platform. Use the web platform to set up and configure features, such as alarms, camera groups, and widgets.

To change the app layout, language, appearance, and video quality, see [Preferences](/docs/manage-users-locations-and-your-account/preferences.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.solink.com/docs/get-started/get-the-mobile-app.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
